Below are some common questions about the therapy services offered

• Fees and Insurance information
  • I am an in-network provider with Aetna
  and Highmark insurances
  • Additionally, if I am an out-of-network provider with your insurance carrier, I’m happy to provide documentation to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
  • The cost of the Initial Clinical Evaluation is $250 and subsequent individual psychotherapy sessions are $200 per session.
    • In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee.
  • I recommend that you contact your insurance provider to determine the conditions of your insurance coverage like the reimbursement rate, deductible and behavioral health coverage.
• Below are some helpful questions to discuss behavioral health coverage with your insurance company:
  • Do I have mental health coverage?
    • If so, what percentage is covered?
  • Do I have a deductible?
    • What is my deductible and how much of it have I met?
  • What is the co-pay for a session if I see an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the reimbursement for CPT code 90791 or 90837?
  • How do I submit a request for reimbursement?
